Pricing by House Size

  • 1,000 sq ft bungalow: $8,000-15,000
  • 1,500 sq ft two-storey: $12,000-22,000
  • 2,500 sq ft home: $18,000-35,000

Electrical

  • New 200A panel: $2,500-4,000
  • Circuits (per circuit): $200-400
  • Outlets and switches: $80-150 each
  • Lighting: $100-200 per fixture
  • Smoke/CO detectors: $150-250 each

Access and Restoration

  • Drywall repair: Separate trade or allowance

Provincial Requirements
